What you will learn: Discover how brewing techniques shape coffee flavour through tool introductions, live demonstrations, and hands-on practice. You will brew 3 distinct coffees and learn the fundamentals of professional coffee tasting. It is perfect for beginners and intermediate coffee enthusiasts!

Instructor Profile: This workshop is led by our Coffee Brand Specialist, Julia Lau. She is a sensory judge for the World Brewers Cup and the Hong Kong Siphonist Championship. She has also served as a head judge for regional Brewers Cup competitions in various countries and regions, including Malaysia, Thailand, and Hong Kong.
