Specialty Coffee Tasting Workshop: How Brewing Methods Shape Coffee Flavour

What you will learn: Our instructor will introduce and brew with 3 popular coffee tools (AeroPress, Syphon, and Hario Switch). You will taste how different brewing methods transform the flavor profile of the exact same coffee, while learning to professionally evaluate 3 distinct coffee bean selections.

Instructor Profile: This workshop is led by our Coffee Brand Specialist, Julia Lau. She is a sensory judge for the World Brewers Cup and the Hong Kong Siphonist Championship. She has also served as a head judge for regional Brewers Cup competitions in various countries and regions, including Malaysia, Thailand, and Hong Kong.
