Tasting Workshop - Colombia

The first impression given by Colombia coffee is they are inexpensive and used to blend coffee.
With the world competitions in the past few years, many competitors have chosen to use Colombia coffee and achieved good results, making the development of new varieties and innovative processing techniques a trend in the coffee industry in the future.
So we selected three unusual Colombia coffees as the theme of this tasting workshop.
Colombia Sidra (Double Washed) - Huila Parthers Cherries
Colombia Geisha (Double Washed) - Finca Las Marias Estate
Colombia Geisha (Honey) - Las Margaritas
About the instructor: The class is given by a coffee master Chester Tam, who is the first local authorized SCAE trainer and barista. He is also the City & Guilds approved trainer and winner of 2016 TISCA Roasting Cup, certified judge of World Latte Art Championship (WLAC) and World Barista Championship (WBC).
