Our 4 kg coffee roasting machine operates daily to roast the freshers beans. Our coffee is mostly light to medium roast, roast temperature is around 210 degree Celsius, in order to boost the most balanced character of the bean, probably you can taste best of the caramelized sweetness.
Our roaster will evaluate the aroma, fragrance, flavour, body, and aftertaste etc before the beans are packed. In our cupping process, Consistency, Flavour Profile and quality control are to be achieved. Slowly pour over 91 degree-water to ground and steep it for 4 minutes to let the flavour infused.
