Delivery

For all orders, we will use courier service provided by SF Express as our delivery company.

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$250. Otherwise, shipping fee HK$30 or above will be charged.
Shipping fee will be according to SF Express official website.

Delivery service is only available for Hong Kong region.

We will send out a message with tracking number to order details once order had been sending out.

Ideaology.com.hk reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time and location.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Ideaology.com.hk within 1 working days of delivery day of any change to their delivery address.

We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed soon after completed transaction with full payment, your items will ship to you as soon as possible. You are expected to receive your orders within 3 business days.

In order to ensure timely delivery arrangements, we adopt a cut-off time for order shipments is 11:00am Mon to Fri. Therefore, orders created and paid after cut-off time will be handled on the next business day.

These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures.
